Individual coaching is a confidential partnership between myself (coach) and you (client) always faithful to your agenda. As your coach, I will give you my promise that I will be non-judgmental and challenge you to live the life you choose to live. We will have our sessions over the phone, in person or skype.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is offered through a teleclass format.

Times vary and sign up is required to participate.

You don’t have to leave your house and can still participate if traveling
